Optinova Group is a world-leading supplier of advanced solutions within polymer-based special tubing to the global med-tech industry and for demanding industrial areas. With manufacturing in Europe, Asia, and North America the company supplies customers world-wide. Our products add value in everyday activities, some of them even save lives. They are used in products such as pacemakers, injection needles and insulin pumps, but also in cars, coffee machines, fire-extinguishing systems, and broadbands.


Optinova Innovation Center (OIC) is the hub where we develop our business from a technical perspective. Our cross functional teams work closely with internal and external customers. We are excited to announce a new position as Project Manager within OIC. The OIC team works with customer development, equipment capacity, and R&D projects in an agile context, organized via our Project Management Office (PMO).


 As a Project Manager with us, you will work with running various types of projects linked to our operations and production. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and develop business cases and investment documents together with project groups and steering groups.

Who are you?

You are a person who can adapt your project management style to the prevailing circumstances of your projects. With your good communication and coordination skills, you create clarity and good cooperation with involved stakeholders from skilled engineers to customers. You work in a structured, proactive manner and prioritize well to meet project goals. You can lead yourself and others to achieve set project goals, where with your drive and positive attitude you contribute to a good collaborative climate.

 We believe you

  • Have a university education in engineering or industrial economics
  • Have an education or experience in project management and understand the need for structure and collaboration
  • Are very pro-active, commited and with an eye for quality, you simply get the best out of the project-team
  • Have good English skills

Meritorious is if you:

  • Have experience in running different types of projects, preferably in R&D, development or industrial operations
  • Have experience in leading projects globally, across different time-zones and cultures
  • Have experience in taking part of the business development initialization of projects, using your business accumen to ask the right questions when scoping a project
  • Have other language skills
